Rights

ON Dec 29, 2006 band permission was given:

"Hello,
I'm contacting you for the band Zac and Bobby to give permission to
allow shows to be uploaded to archive.org
I work for Zac and Bobby putting together the soon to be lauched
website and working to start a band archive.
The taping policy for Zac and Bobby is pretty normal for a taper friendly band.
Any person can make an audience recording and keep it for personal
use, trade it for other shows (1 for 1 trade), or exchange for blank
media (1 for 1 trade), put it up for download, convert to other
formats as long as it is clearly marked as lossy(we prefer lossless
but if they wanna make mp3's or whatever so be it!) as long as no sale
or profit is made or it is not a show availble as an official release.
Also the band will be releasing live soundboards for download and
trade and/or allowing soudboard patches and the same rules apply.
If you have any other questions you can reach me at this address or
the band at http://www.myspace.com/zacandbobby
Thanks,
Derek Keller"
